Steven Gregg
Steven Gregg is an experienced chair with over 30 years of senior leadership experience, specialising in the ASX All Ordinaries and S&P/ASX 50 public companies. He has extensive multi-industry knowledge in financial services and management consulting.
Steven’s extensive global and local experience enables organisations, corporate leaders and boards, to achieve growth, transformational change and accelerate performance across diverse businesses.
Steven has extensive Australian and international Executive experience in investment banking and management consulting. He held senior positions at ABN Amro (as Global Head of Investment Banking), Chase Manhattan and Lehman Brothers. He was previously Chair of The Lottery Corporation Ltd and held an Executive role as a Partner at McKinsey & Co., specialising in financial services and strategy.
Steven is Chair of Westpac Banking Corporation, Ampol Limited (previously Caltex) and the Lorna Hodgkinson Foundation and a Non-Executive director at William Inglis & Son Limited. Steven was formerly the Chair of The Lottery Corporation, Tabcorp Holdings Limited, Goodman Fielder Limited and Austock Group Limited, and formerly a Non-executive Director at Challenger Limited.
Steven also does much philanthropic work and is Chair of the Lorna Hodgkinson Foundation and Unisson Disability Ltd and a Trustee of the Australian Museum.
