Steven is Chair of Ampol Limited (previously Caltex), Chair Elect of Westpac Banking Corporation, a Non-Executive director of Challenger Limited and Challenger Life Company Limited, and William Inglis & Son Limited. Prior to this Steven was Chair of Goodman Fielder Limited, Chair of Tabcorp Holdings Limited, and Chair of Austock Group Limited.

CAREER HISTORY
Steven has extensive Australian and international Executive experience in investment banking and management consulting. He held senior positions at ABN Amro (as Global Head of Investment Banking), Chase Manhattan and Lehman Brothers. He was previously Chair of The Lottery Corporation Ltd and held an Executive role as a Partner at McKinsey & Co., specialising in financial services and strategy.

PERSONAL
Steven also does much philanthropic work and is Chair of the Lorna Hodgkinson Foundation and Unisson Disability Ltd and a Trustee of the Australian Museum.
