Dominique Reiniche has multi-industry knowledge in food and beverages, cultures, bacteria and enzymes, transport, financial services, as well as digital platforms both for payments/credit and food/ grocery delivery, with 22 years of international senior-leadership experience as Chair and CEO.

From 2018 to 2024, Dominique was Chair of Chr. Hansen Holding AS (now part of Novonesis), a global bioscience company that develops natural solutions for the food, nutritional, animal farming and agricultural industries, where she served as Chair of the NomCo and RemCo, and as a member of the Audit Committee.

Previously, she was Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Mondi plc and Chair of the Board of Eurostar EIL and a member of the Nomination, the Remuneration, and the Audit Committees.

Professional experience from positions in the food, beverage and hygiene/beauty care industries at, among others, Procter & Gamble and Jacobs-Suchard (now Mondelez International). Dominique has 22 years of senior-leadership experience at French and European levels, including CEO positions within Coca-Cola Enterprises and The Coca-Cola Company.

In addition to her Chair roles, she is a member of the Board of PayPal (Europe) Sarl et Cie SCA where she is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, and Deliveroo plc where she is a member of the Nomination, the Remuneration and the Audit Committees. Dominique is also experienced in chairing major industry associations European Union level (UNESDA, Food & Drink Europe), and she has been and continues to be a respected advocate of diversity, especially gender, coaching and advising female talents as part of her passion for ESG matters.
