Overview

Shane is an experienced financial and property executive with over 40 years working with market-leading ASX-listed companies.  Shane was formerly the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Endeavour Group until June 2023.

Shane’s achievements demonstrate significant depth of ASX experience, combined with an outstanding corporate finance and accounting track record. Shane has deep expertise gained across diverse industries including property, mining services, airlines, financial services, FMCG and industrials.

Shane holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Fellow member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow member of the Australian Society of CPA’s.

Shane’s extensive CFO experience includes start-up to turnaround and growth to restructure working successfully with Boards, investors and key stakeholders. Shane embeds best-in-class strategy, governance and leadership with a focus on culture, values and integrity to achieve growth and accelerate performance across diverse businesses.

Shane is a highly regarded CFO with experience across multiple industries and public companies including Endeavour Group, Mirvac Limited, Goodman Fielder, CSR Limited, Lendlease and Dyno Nobel.

Shane joins GPT Group as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 May 2023.

Personal

Shane is married and values the family time with his four adult children and three grandchildren.  He enjoys all sports and being active – skiing, windsurfing, golf and travel.
